And yes, I use Tonalin CLA. CLA = conjugated linoleic acid (a fatty acid derived from safflower oil). I wouldn't consider an 'official' study to be one done on 34 people (laughing). There are currently clinical trials in progress designed to confirm'/disprove the effects of Tonalin CLA on a human model. Can you say the same for your "leptin" products?

When I used to work out 80% of my time was focus on abs and stomach muscles. I did have 6 packs at age 36, and now at 50 I am closer and closer back to same body.

I did kind of agree with your careful approach to the subject of weight loss products, and now, woo, sorry your credibility is below zero.
The difference between you and me is I am totally honest and sincere. You have an agenda.
When I became a father, my preacher told me , remember it does not matter how great your speech is , it is all about what they see, feel, and observe.
I can tell you are a victim of the system, the worst is by choice.
