There is more books and programs how to become slim , than people in China, same time we Americans and rest of the world, are becoming more fat.
Even China, India, Brazil, so called future superpower are struggling with obesity.
Why??
We know all the answers, we know why and how we get fat, but still we cannot control hunger.
Hunger , sex desire, fear those are most basic instincts given to us by God, given in purpose to keep us alive.
We can control sex desire in man, simple vasectomy and real man become a little boy, or woman , let her get obese and even if she has the desire, her chances are reduced to negative numbers.
Same time hunger is still there. We eat when we are happy, we eat when we are angry, depressed, and whatever other reason.
Napoleon Hill wrote once , there was more gold dirged out of gold diggers than from gold mines.
Diets, books about diets, programs to loose weight are all worth lees than the paper they are printed on. Actually i dare to say, they do rob you from ability to think,act, do what is necessary. In reality those are the most critical, most vital resources of everything our bodies do need. Our metabolism was adjust at very slow pace over 100.000 of years and now all of sudden some guru, who can only see $$$$$$$$$$$ is telling us, obese and neglected used and abused, that we supposed to go no fat no crabs , no food is the best way to describe that.
And they did created the psychosis of dieting. We have now quite large group of idiots trying to get the government in regulating what we can and what we cannot eat.
After they destroyed medical system in America, now they are getting ready to destroy food industry.
The answer to obesity is so simple, and so easy.
EAT LESS. Ou yes I am another genius guru??? No.
I am just a messenger and I tell you, anyone can be slim, happy, healthy. Anyone can eat all they want and never have obesity problem.
